Seller never sent my package, yet he refused to send a replacement one after I waited almost a month. I sent them numerous messages but kept getting stock answers rather than seller showing any decent type of customer service. Very disappointed
Please, do yourself a favor! Do NOT buy from this company. I received the package a week late. Just for this “excellent” condition phone to be in HORRIBLE condition AND the I purchased a 256GB but received a 64GB. I feel like I’ve been robbed! After the fact, I have read the companies reviews and I wish I never placed my order. All I get is excuse after excuse with no resolution. ZERO STARS.
Good prompt response from seller but not as described. Was a Verizon phone so had to take it to T mobile for assistance. Couldn't do it from home. Had a poop up saying since it wasn't a Verizon Sim card it will have limited services. Seller was quick to offer solutions but that would've made it several days without having phone and trying to get another one.
I;ll keep this brief. These guys suck. Do NOT purchase from them. They provided a false delivery date expectation of 2 days. When package did not arrive on time we tried to cancel as we had to make other arrangements for a phone. They tried to blame the shipping provider instead of owning their choice of NOT shipping the phone in a manner which would meet the date promised.
While setting up the phone I saw an alert that the "battery's health is significantly degraded". The battery health is only 79%, which explains the alert. I chose this seller and their high price because they guaranteed that the battery health would be good. The seller is only willing to offer a 5% partial refund.
