This seller is just pure lies all lies. I should receive my product on Jan 3 Up to now nothing I reach out to them no response I call their numbers no response. Worse seller
Have not received item.. Seller continues to change delivery date...
Was told on the delivery date it was going to be 5 days late.
The item description indicates that the battery level is above 80%. Upon receipt of the phone I tested the battery level. It displayed that the battery was below 79% and was critical and needed to be replaced. That is why I have decided to return the phone.
Not receiving this ruined my grandson’s Christmas.
Battery capacity was 57%!!!! Not even close to the 80% promised. Also shipped without a charger. A single USB C cable was included. This computer doesn't even have USB C! Avoid this seller.
Buyer be aware. I received a damaged product (cracked back) and when trying to return, the sell provided shipping label without prepaid shipping. Tried to communicate with the seller and provided picture of the evidence of the cracked back but the seller keep delaying and ask me to provide pictures again and again
Ordered an excellent condition phone. Visible scratches and battery <80% life. They would not replace battery after trying to find resolution. Do not recommend.
