I bought renovated excellent and arrived as good not excellent and not the model I ordered they sent me the cheapest model and the seller did not solve the problem or communicate you end up wasting time on returns

Received a renewed iPhone 14 Plus with a large scratch/crack hidden under a screen protector. Returned it Feb 6 and as of Feb 22, still no refund. I’ve followed up many times and escalated to supervisors. Each time I’m promised a manual refund within 3 days, but weeks later there is still no refund. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
The seller sent me the incorrect product. I ordered a phone with 128GB capacity and they sent me a phone with 64GB capacity
Was told arrival February 21st and status changed that evening for the 25th!
