This seller sold me a stolen cell phone that obviously cannot be set up for service and it is worthless to me and they refuse to issue me a refund for the $500 I spent on the worthless phone. I am suing them and Better Business Bureau is investigating. Do not buy anything from the seller. You will waste your money! And then you won’t be able to get in touch with the seller to resolve issues.
The condition of the iPhone is not excellent as described by the seller; the phone screen is scratched. "And now I have to take the phone to get the screen polished to remove the scratches, and that's an additional cost.

The screen digitizer was faulty. Clearly the phone was never verified or tested for simple keyboard interaction. Amazon should ban these people from selling on their site.
Sent item back and Seller claims we damaged it. We never even opened it. Seller only returned half the amount we paid for the item that we never used. We sent a request to make right and no response. Don’t purchase from this seller.
Only ordered this product because it said it would be delivered by 2/20! I could have went and bought it in person so it was here before my daughter's birthday! I would like a discount for the delay!

Returned this phone because it had scratches on it and the screen kept going in and out. Definitely was not in excellent condition as was described. My refund was approved but have yet to receive it
