BEWARE! THET ARE SCAMMERS! I bought a refurbished phone in "excellent" condition however the battery only lasted an hour. I immediately returned it and they charged me a "restocking fee" of $250. When I reached out to Amazon they lied and said it's because I didn't unlock the phone. They lied to Amazon so now they have the phone and take the full amount too.
Did not receive item listed or shown on photos. Item description and specifications did not match item received such as touchscreen and 4GB RAM vs the advertised 8GB RAM. Their support is now asking me about the cellular capabilities of this device.... it has none. A complete bait and switch.
Never received my order
Ordered this phone to replace current one that isn’t working. Was supposed to arrive 2 days after ordering (Saturday May 16). Never got an update from FedEx. Once it didn’t arrive I checked tracking, now it says we won’t get this phone until nearly a week after we originally ordered; this includes the extra 3 days after it was supposed to arrive originally. We needed this phone much sooner.
I ordered a graphite watch with graphite Milanese band. Received rose gold watch with tan band and not the Milanese band. This is for my 86 year old dad who needs fall detection. He would not wear that color and doesn’t have the dexterity to operate the band that was sent. Since the watch has to be taken on and off daily to charge, I could not use until a replacement could arrive.

Spent $200 for one of their phone and never received it. Just lost $200.
