the product came striped
Apparently even though I was supposed to get the phone prime two days I didn’t. They stated it was running late then canceled the order and that was it. Total BS stay away
You had me pay shipping for the return then you charge me $61.00 to return paid over $80.00. Do not deserve a 1 more like a 0. Not worth a decent review
Literally received the wrong laptop. Said m3 pro and got the m3 / said 18gb but it’s only 8? Not even interested in a return since I’m not it’s sure if purposely done.
The phone was described as excellent condition in the listing but when it got here the battery health was at 78% instead of the promised 80%.
They sent a phone with a scratch and then did not stand behind their own warranty. Amazon finally did, not the seller
Absolute GARBAGE. Phone was supposed to be "excellent" condition. Far from it. All 4 edges were chipped....hundreds of chips. Contacted seller, took forever for responses. they offered 5% to keep it. WHAT A JOKE!! DO NOT TRUST
Haven’t received my phone and I requested a refund which hasn’t been received
