If I had to call West Shore Homes again to do my bathroom, I would not. The service was terrible, and the communication was even worse. In the beginning, the salesman came out, and he was on time. That right there led me to believe my whole experience was going to be a breeze. I explained to him how I didn't want to get the bathroom right now and how I wanted to wait until after Feb. Itâ� � s been a horrible experience. They put in a window that wasnâ� � t able to get a permit. They had to take it out and replace it. The replacement windows were defects. They had to remove them and put new windows in again 3rd time. Now itâ� � s been three weeks and they havenâ� � t helped get my windows a permit. They are all promises but do nothing!!! Please donâ� � t hire these people. Nice enough to your face but then you canâ� � t get what you want. They get their money and you never see them again!
This company scheduled a new shower installation to replace my old one for september1, 2023. They arrived and removed my old shower, but could not install thee new one because the shower pan had beeen made incorrectly. They told me they would have to re-order a new shower pan and it might take 4 weeks to get before they could come back and install. Since then I was left with holes in my floor and no shower. My second bathroom has only a tub with no hand rails to support me, so I can't use it. They told me they would put a ru... read more

Make sure your sales person knows truly what can be done in your space so you don't have to compromise with something you don't really want and aren't happy with
My installers Montana, Henry, Diego, and John did a good job; however, I felt that I was pressured and that it was a little pricey for what I received.
The service was satisfactory, the installers were polite and efficient. The shower came out great but it's not exactly what I wanted or was told by the sales rep that came out and sold the Job. Let's start at the beginning when the sales rep came out to quote the job. I expressed very clearly that I wanted as much room as possible as my wife is in a wheelchair and have the shower pan come to the very edge "as the pans are custom made that should not be a problem.
