Tub replacement was OK. Looks fine. Installers messed up the faucet which leaked. Took a week for a plumber to return for a job that we were told would take 10 minutes. Took 90 minutes. Installers put up the incorrect shower curtain rod as well. Biggest complaint it that West Shore sold us a shower replacement that they could not do. Original measurements were made incorrectly. Then we were informed that instead of a 24" sliding door, all we could get was a 19" opening or resort to a shower rod/curtain. To top it off, someho... read more
Ordered service. Had to wait 4 weeks for door replacement to be done. Day came for the one day replacement. Door went in. Storm door was wrong size. Was told it would be 2 weeks until storm door could be installed. 4 weeks later after 3 calls, storm door was finished. The billing was already sent to the loan department even though door was not finished. I received no discount due to breech if contract and extended time it took to finish the job. I will never use this scam company again. I will not recommend them either.

If I had to call West Shore Homes again to do my bathroom, I would not. The service was terrible, and the communication was even worse. In the beginning, the salesman came out, and he was on time. That right there led me to believe my whole experience was going to be a breeze. I explained to him how I didn't want to get the bathroom right now and how I wanted to wait until after Feb. Itâ� � s been a horrible experience. They put in a window that wasnâ� � t able to get a permit. They had to take it out and replace it. The replacement windows were defects. They had to remove them and put new windows in again 3rd time. Now itâ� � s been three weeks and they havenâ� � t helped get my windows a permit. They are all promises but do nothing!!! Please donâ� � t hire these people. Nice enough to your face but then you canâ� � t get what you want. They get their money and you never see them again!
