They sent me a refurbished phone with only 74% capacity. It was supposed to have at least 80% capacity. Stay away from this seller!

The phone was supposed to be “Excellent” condition but the battery was only 73% capacity. I would have returned it immediately but was only discovered after my son took the phone on cross country trip. I think I should receive a discount since a new battery will cost about $100

This item was supposed to be delivered over night to the Sugarloaf address. Instead, It was held in San Bernardino for 2 more days. Now there is a snow storm in Sugarloaf and also this item is not needed at that location any longer. Can you change the delivery address to my primary address: 11476 Miscou Way, Cypress, CA 90630
