I urgently needed a replacement phone. Delivery went from guaranteed 3 days to 11 days without explanation, with a simple “sorry, package is late”
I didn’t receive my package, neither a good explanation for the reason they didn’t never get to my address. I hope receive my money back soon.
I bought a refurbished iPad from wireless source and before receiving it I decided to buy a newer model. After returning the unopened package they blamed me for a bad display refunding only 50% of the price. They asked for proof that I received it with the bad display, proof I didn't have since I never opened the package. Beware of this seller. Thank you Amazon for refunding the other 50%.

Ordered "excellent" refurbished iphone which is supposed to have no visible scratches. Received "acceptable" item at best with completely scratched up exterior including the camera lens.

I ordered a refurbished I phone 13 in excellent condition it’s supposed to have 80% battery capacity and no cosmetic damage but it has scratches on 2 corners and battery capacity is at 77%.

said it was in excellent condition and it has major scratches and use marks all over it. Zero battery life. Not even the correct laptop i purchased a touchscreen and with larger storage and this has neither of these!
