I bought an iphone XR, white , Refurbished - Unlocked (Excellent Condition), I got a severly degraded battery iphone. I returned it the same day (UPS accepted the package) and RFID it, and now it has been more than 10 days and I am still waiting for my refund which I did not get as of today.
My package did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. I have already checked out of the hotel, but my friend is still staying there and will be able to receive the package on my behalf. I have contacted the seller to inform them that the delivery can still be made, even if it is delayed. I kindly ask that the package be delivered as soon as possible and within this timeframe
Seller shipped wrong charger Now I have a dead watch that I can't use
This MacBook Air was listed as in "Excellent" condition, but was far from it. It was scratched up and had a large dent on one corner as if it had been dropped. It also arrived without the charger and charging cable. The seller refused to give me a full refund. I recommend avoiding this seller!
As per instructions, I returned this item last week via UPS on 2/11/2026. Please advise what is the status of my refund. Thank you.
