Item was described as in excellent condition meaning it was to have a battery in at least 80% or above battery health. The phone I received only had 72%. I was receiving notices on phone to change battery. Return and refund are taking forever. A complete waste of my time.

Per Amazon guidelines, sellers are allowed up to 48 hours to process returns once received, and we processed your refund within that timeframe.

I bought the phone and couldn’t even use it or put my number in it. So I obviously sent it back. The company wrongfully accused me of damaging the phone I couldn’t even use. They also showed they are refunded me on the return status but tell me otherwise in the messages. This company is clearly scamming. They do not deserve to be selling on Amazon

Item was arrives by may 12 but it not On the 13th until 1030 there was somebody at home to receive it after that time nobody’s lived there so and then I don’t need it. I ordered it because it was arrived by May 12 that’s why I ordered that item now it’s too late. I don’t receive it. I don’t want it and I didn’t get it.

Received iPad on May 1 defective: stuck at 2%, turning on/off, would not charge even after using a new charger and overnight charging. Requested replacement May 2 and returned via UPS. Seller canceled replacement without notice, later claimed it wasn’t returned until I provided proof of delivery, then denied refund and charged a restocking fee for the same defect it arrived with.

Tuve que ir a recoger el producto yo, a 40 minutos de distancia,por que lo embiaron por FedEx y no lo dejaron por falta de una firma

After reviewing the shipment, it appears the item was shipped on time; however, nobody was available to sign for the package during FedEx’s attempted delivery. Because of this, the package was rerouted for pickup.

The product should have come with a USC charging cord but it came with a lightening cable, please send the correct charging cable

Your Apple Watch did not come with any instructions at all. We have no idea if it’s even supposed to do what it’s doing. We don’t know how to set it up. We just wanted to tell time and count steps. That’s all the damn thing has to do, but you can’t even send instructions. You are a terrible company.

Ordered A Fitbit charge 4. Whatever they sent me was not a Fitbit.I have no idea what it was..Got a black large ordered small. Was sold as having a Rosewood band. Got a an unbendable black band, It came in a bubble package not a box, no charger. I did return it. I would not order from them again. They knew it was not a Fitbit, but the charges were on my credit card the next day.
