Not unlocked and can’t activate

Ordered 2 "Excellent" condition factory unlocked phones. One phone was Verizon only. The other did not meet Amazon's resell conditions. Deep palpable etched screen scratches visible from over 5 feet away. Additionally the frame was dented and scratched. Seller postponed shipments multiple days for the replacement phones and eventually canceled replacement phone order. No refund has been issued.

They don't help with free shipping for return and they gave me a iPhone 15 pro with bad battery and the screen is lifting and they tried to offer me 22 dollars if I kept the phone and it's not worth it because a replacement is 100 dollars plus 50 for the glue so don't buy from them I recommend using plug tech than this company

Seller is claiming my returned item was not what they sent me. The ipad malfunctioned and wont even turn on after multiple troubleshooting, i was still in my return window so I sent it back. First they mentioned a restocking fee but now they won't even accept the return of the ipad they sent me. NOT RECOMMENDED they lie and try to avoid the return!!!!

Do NOT buy from this seller!!!! They falsely advertised an item and when it showed up it had scratches all over it. I sent it back and never even turned it on. They claimed it was locked by an Apple ID which was a lie. I never even touched it other than noticing the scratches and putting it immediately back in its protective wrapping!! They have the item and are refusing to give my money back!

Did not receive model S901U1 (factory unlocked); received a similar model S901U that was locked to the Verizon network. I ultimately purchased 3 of this exact Amazon listing (different sellers iisted, probably all "fulfilled by Amazon") before I received the correct model as described.

Pls have honesty as a character for business you send the wrong item Im sure you are aware of that but thats an inconvienience to me as a customer I dont need a back and forth business with you You should verify your orders before shipping to avoid a waste of time and resource and mistrust. Take back your item and refrain from doing that to customers.
