I chose to buy from this vendor particularly because it said to deliver on 1/31. Now I was told not until 2/5. I was planning to spend a few days to test it before my trip on 2/5. This delay (or irresponsibility) is now ruining my plan.
The item was several days late, then when we got it there was water inside the package and the product would never turn on. Very unhappy customer
We never received the iPhone for my daughter’s birthday ! When you look at the photo it’s the wrong house!! We received everything else from Amazon like her iPhone case and her birthday decorations but not the iPhone !??? How do you think my daughter feels! She’s devastated! And you can’t even contact the seller. You have to wait 48 hours. Where the heck did you deliver the phone to!

Seller advertised delivery date of 1/30/26 then on the delivery date seller changed delivery to 2/4/26 I want to cancel I want a refund you lied.
