Phone showed it was about to be delivered and then suddenly it is now showing not until 15 April. I need the phone NOW as the other phone broke. Tried calling g and it says contact through vender and goes to an answering machine. I want a refund now.
My items didn’t come on time. Actually I didn’t receive them yet. So I don’t know what to rate. This guys just create a label but they don’t ship anything to you. So for Amazon they doing the right thing and that’s why you can’t claim, cancel or request a refund. Almost a week since I ordered and fedex is still waiting for the packet.

Phone had more dmage than expected looks like it was dropped, corner was all messed up which was fine as it was going in a case, big problem the phone would not stay on. Company does not test phones well enough to be selling them for these prices.
My 93 year old mother mistakenly returned incorrect watch. As requested, I provided and paid for return shipping label but have not received the watch and customer service just keeps ignoring my requests

For being a refurbished watch, the watch itself is in decent physical condition appearance wise. However, the battery in this watch is definitely cooked. The battery life is only 68%, which is absolutely terrible, it won't even last a full day being fully charged without dying. Even though it was pretty cheap, you get what you pay for I guess. I will most likely be sending this back.

The phone was listed as in "good" condition and came with a cracked screen!!!! How is a phone with a cracked screen "good"?!?!? I'm furious I wasted time waiting for a phone that is overpriced for the condition it is in. Unbelievable.
