The phone battery health is at 74%, represented to be at least 80% - not able to reach seller (Amazon's help and return section stinks). This is the first and last time that I will buy a phone from an Amazon seller.

The screen was to out you can tell they fix it was to out and did not put correctly i did not send back because I can't if not I would other than that for now it works and does not look like new u can tell its been pretty used could've bought it somewhere else looking better

Watch was delivered damaged. The strap is not removable and it is dirty. It does not look like it was refurbished.

I had to wait 5 more days than the delivery date for the phone to arrive and when it arrived, THE SPEAKERS DON'T WORK.. it domes with this "amazon renewed certificate" saying everything has been checked and in good conditions. I opened it, and it doesn't work

Lied about sending item out. I could have cancelled and ordered elsewhere, but they are liars who sent the item out 5 days later than they were supposed to.
I ordered the item 10 days ago and am still waiting to get it

Received a phone that keeps cutting on and off by itself randomly. Told the seller the issue, they offered me $16 to keep a damaged phone. Not only am I out of a device but also extra fees I had to pay my wireless carrier to activate this broken phone. Which I will have to pay AGAIN once I get another phone. Should be required to fully test devices because a broken phone was not what I ordered!
