BS. States that free returns. Not say anything about a "restocking fee" for returns. Phone was supposed to be in "Excellent Condition"...came with scratches all over the body of the phone.

The item was in your possession for an extended period, and no issues were reported prior to return. Upon inspection, we found damage to the side of the device that was not present before. A small deduction was applied as explained.

Fake iphone

Alot of sellers are advertising a certain IOS and if it isnt the advertised IOS dont sell it as that because its not what youre selling. wasting peoples times that require a certain IOS

The device in question is an iPhone 14 Plus, released in 2022 with iOS 16, which matches our pre-shipment records. If the device was reset, it most likely updated during the process. came with a defective phone screen

I ordered two tablets from the seller. I only received one when I reached out to the seller. They said it wasn’t their problem. All they could show me a document with two different serial numbers. They never showed a photo of the package. They never showed the items in the package and they surely didn’t really care much to help replace the items in which I did not receive. Told to chase shipper

Phone arrived with a large scratch that looks like a crack on the screen. If this is “excellent condition,” I don’t want to see the others. Returning immediately.

Amazon's excellent refurbished policy states that there should be no scratches visible from 12inches away and that the battery life should be 80% or better. There are dings all around the sides of this phone. The phone was also getting warm, so I checked the battery health, and the phone warned me that the battery life is significantly degraded and is at 72%.
