When they first didn’t deliver the package I called FedEx and reassured them that my apartment number is 121. Apparently this person doesn’t know his job very well because he was delivered at 4:30. The office is open. What is his excuse?

Disappointed in the delivery time frame. It was ordered on 4/3 and arrival date was 4/7. Received a notification 4/8 stating that it will arrive 4/13.
Horrible! When ordering at amazon shipping should have taken 2 days, when they send it tracking predicted 6 days. When it finally arrived they send the wrong color- Gold instead of Silver AVOID!!

It is April 8 and not received yet!
Buyer Beware. I was sent the original switch when I ordered an OLED. It also arrived in bad condition despite being described as "excellent condition" & fan is clearly going out. Seller claims I damaged it & will only give me half a refund.

Item was returned and signed for, but the seller did not issue a refund until I contacted Amazon support with signature proof. If you return an item to this seller, make sure you get a signature on delivery and be prepared to contact Amazon for a manual refund. The automated system may not work.

Your tracking ID shows the return was delivered on 04/03 after our facility was closed. We processed the return on 04/04 and issued the refund within Amazon’s allowed 48-hour processing window. There is no record indicating that Amazon refunded you—it was issued by us, and there was no delay or pushback on our end. We are unsure why this resulted in a negative experience for you.
I can’t rate this product because It’s late and I still haven’t received it. I don’t know if the problem is with Amazon, FedEx or the sellers, but shipments, not just this seller, have been arriving later or not at all recently. I tracked this one; it didn’t move off the shipping dock until the day after it was supposed to arrive. FedEx says it’ll arrive 4/9 but Amazon says to expect it on 4/13.
They haven’t even shipped yet.
