My package was supposed to arrive on the 27th and it is now January 30th. I contacted the seller multiple times also FedEx and Amazon support. They have no idea where the package is and it will hopefully turn up in the next week or two. FedEx support said package is lost in transit. Amazon and seller where no help refused to issue a store credit to until a week after the item is supposed to come.

I ordered a refurbished phone that was stated "like new". It was NOT renewed as they sent it with a MAX battery life of 60%!!! This was the WHOLE reason I was getting a new phone. This is something that os easiy restored when selling refurbished phones and should be #1 priority. WHY would you send a phone that holds a charge for less than1 HR? DO NOT BUY anything from this seller!

Buyer beware , look for another seller Took 2 days to ship after my order was placed. Now I have no money to buy another one because it takes time to get my refund. And my flight leaves tomorrow. This seller was $100 more than others but was promised to be delivered a day ago. Now I’ll show up with no phone for my wife. Thanks!
I paid extra for shipping to have item arrive by a specific date and it did not arrive on time. I could have had free shipping with Prime and chose to pay to expedite and item was not received as promised.
