This seller charged a lot for a phone that wasn’t in excellent condition and sent me a different phone from what I ordered. Delivery was delayed too, and a blue phone arrived when I ordered a pink one. I’m super disappointed. Also, trying to resolve this issue has been confusing and difficult.
Amazon Excellent condition stipulates that the maximum battery capacity for renewed products should be above 80%. I received my phone with the battery condition at 73%. Seller only offered a 5% off the product price, which is nowhere near enough to cover a battery replacement for an iphone 13.
The UPS facility is 20 minutes from my house. Why 6 day delivery when ordering says next day delivery????
Unfortunately this is the second time I ordered a "renewed" item from wireless source. Despite the Amazon renewed guarantee, wireless source does not offer prepaid return labels. It is a hassle that involves many phone calls to resolve. It feels like the seller is trying to be shady and not fulfill their obligations.
It’s bad business when you said my phone would be shipped by the 30th of January and now I have to wait a whole other week. Seriously, February 4th?! That’s not cool and U don’t like conducting business like that. I paid you for a product and I honored my end by allowing you to take my money and you in turn did not deliver. Bro I promise you, I will never conduct business with your company again.

Scratches all over screen and camera when advertised as “excellent condition” then nothing but lies form multiple Amazon employees claiming they were going to help resolve my issue.
