I am contacting you because my package has not been able to be delivered, since the only delivery option you provided requires a signature, and unfortunately I am not at home during the delivery time. I kindly ask you to please authorize the delivery and allow the phone to be left at my front door
Never received my order, but a label was created so Amazon will not refund me.

Dissatisfaction with delivery being 4 days late! Was 11/11 now 11/15
The product was advertised as refurbished and like new, but the screen has scratches and visible wear. The quality is poor. If you don’t want to waste your time, I recommend trying a different seller.

Described as Amazon renewed excellent but had many obvious dents and scratches, most likely from being dropped. The other renewed items i’ve purchased have been great. This one was not. Currently being returned.
