Ordered a black and got blue
I was told I would receive a refund on this item. I have not received it yet.
ery bad experience. The seller shipped the order late despite being informed of the deadline. Customer service then stopped responding, and they refused to issue a refund even though the product was never delivered. I had to escalate the claim through Amazon to get my money back after 15 days. Unreliable seller.
The laptop I purchased from this seller stopped working before reaching a month. It has some grey lines running across the screen. I asked for a refund or an exchange and he refused.
