I bought 11 phones they came in a horrible shipping box with phones shoved in the box with tiny bubble wrap. Other renewed I have gotten come with individual boxes and great condition. Upon opening, were scratched on sides and top, some screens had scratches.. The seller argued free return shipping, then refused refund of one of them claiming it didn't turn on.

I have ordered an excellet condition FACTORY UNLOCKED samsung S23. Instead, I got VERIZON LOCKED and barely acceptable condition device. It got big scrateches and cuffs all over the screen. How can you guys mess up the order so bad?? Consmetic condition isnt matching and even the device status isnt matching. Is this a joke? Very disappointed with WirelessSource and never going to order again.

Item description said garuntee 90% batter health. Mine was 81%. And my white colors had a very strong pink color to it on the whole screen looking at it form an angle meaning something was off with the digitizer. Phone wasn’t in that good of shape wasn’t cleaned off or wiped off just showed up dead and clearly used

This was a Birthday gift for April 16 th. I ordered in plenty of time for arrival. It should have arrived on time. Ruined my surprise and left me empty handed.
