I returned the phone because it arrived damaged. I only received part of the refund. When will I receive my full refund?

I ordered the phone on Apil 6th through prime and it was to be delivered April 8th. According to tracking number it has not left facility. Disputed amount.
Damn if I had known this is all I would get back for a refund I would have keep it and gave it to one of my grandkids!! I bought this phone for my mom for her birthday the end of January. She passed away unexpectedly March 21. I checked the return status on Amazon and it said I could still return it for a refund. If it had indicated the return refund of only $19 and change I would have keep it.

Ordered to give my daughter on April 11 her birthday was supposed to be here well before then now they say he’s not getting here until April 14 that’s ridiculous. Terrible company.
Phone was ordered on 04/04 with expected delivery of 04/07. Still nothing. The company is blaming delivery service FedEx which is a lie because I spoke with FedEx and they never got package from seller. Contacting this company is a joke. As of today FedEx still does not have package. This was supposed to be a birthday gift. Not happy with this company at all, no idea how they have so many stars.
This phone has non apple parts and will not work properly you sent a email 2 days after return was accepted of what to do it was already in the mail do what you gotta do but it just seems like a * deal to me crappy phone
