Sold as refurbished, however it wasnt. It was an used product and when tried to factory reset to connect to another phone, it was linked to the previous owner's email for approval. I ended up with an useless product of which I couldnt do anything. Had it returned to the seller, however its been more than a week and I have not received my refund yet. Do not recommend buying from this seller.

I didn't receive my item. The seller didn't follow special delivery instructions. The case was dismissed by Amazon, even after supplying evidence of not following special delivery instructions. NO REFUND!! NO REPLACEMENT!! Package was left in the mailbox & mailbox is 500 meters from house with no visibility. With continuous walking traffic.
Man wtf, you delayed my package twice I did not pay almost $600 just for you to delay it. Come on dude, your wasting my time by not bringing my package yet.

Awful. This seller is a scam I feel like. Package hasn’t had any shipping updates in 3 business days. While it was supposed be here 3 days ago. Honestly I don’t think it will come and I’ll have to cancel the order
Seller shipped a completely inadequate (USB-C 15W) power adapter with a refurbished laptop, which arrived uncharged. Resolution? Initially they offered a 5% refund, hardly enough to pay for replacement, nevermind inconvenience. Eventually they agreed to double that. After a number of vague messages, they eventually processed the agreed refund, never telling me exactly what to expect. Avoid.
I selected this item specifically based on promised delivery date. Delivery now expected to be six days late. I would not buy something from this merchant again without checking on its delivery methods.
