I received this phone completely damaged with a broken screen and when I reached out to the seller they said they would only give me a partial refund if I returned the broken phone, which they’ll likely try to resell to someone else. Bad business practice.

Did not receive my package and I regret buying it . It was supposed to be a birthday present but it did not arrive . Don’t buy it unless you are willing to wait days and who knows if you ever get it Very disappointed
Beware shady business, my experience with this seller is absolutely dreadful i ordered a iphone xs with charger and cable and was only sent a cable, he isn't open to giving me a refund and already stated that items wont be replaced, amazon associates had reached out but he seem to have all the say in this situation, please do not purchase from this seller, i truly believe he is scamming.
Say it was supposed to arrive I got a message it was delayed a week.
I don't know what happened to the product I ordered, the shipment seems to be screwed up compared to what I was informed upon purchase!
I was supposed to receive my phone on 4-3-26 they said I have to sign for it so I took the day off work to make sure I was here all day. I even called Amazon at 11:00am the told that my phone will be delivered on Friday by 8:00pm. Now they say maybe not until Wednesday I’m on Amazon Prime supposed to be delivered in 2 days not a week so yes I’m not very happy

I paid for over night shipping and I would like a refund please .. I ordered my watch on Thursday April 2nd and was supposed to get it Friday April 3rd and I have still not received it .. it says it’s in my area so I know it’s close and will prolly be here Monday but I would just like a refund somehow on the shipping please
