Seller takes to long to give me my product
Never got item
Have not comes as side Wat I paid for and says it was delivered but I did not get it
ordered it the 24th and paid $40 for express shipping and my package is said to arrive the 2nd of next month so why pay the express shipping if it arrives later than the free shipping
My package didn't arrive on the delivery day, and it still hasn't arrived. I paid for express shipping, which was supposed to arrive on Monday, January 26th, but it still hasn't arrived.
The battery capacity is much less than what the seller described on the listing. Contacted the seller and they said they would refund 10% but they only refunded 5%. When i asked they said they refund the 5% but they never did and when i checked again, i was told take it up with Amazon. The seller is not cooperative or helpful.
My iPhone was not delivered to me nor is the signature my name, but someone else's name.
I paid for express delivery and received it 5 days late. I have contacted seller now FIVE times to get a refund in the extra shipping I paid. The seller has responded with we are working on it, but three weeks later there is still nothing done. I would like my shipping refund.
You sold me defective product and still had the poor customer service to charge me a 50% restocking fee. Shane on you
