I didnt get my order yet
When shipping items out, please indicate that it will be another carrier other than Amazon that requires signature, etc. Fed Ex drivers are not the most efficient nor caring and they tend to ring doorbell once, wait 15 seconds and leave a note on the door saying it will be delivered in 3 days. Very disappointed bc missed the big surprise gift to someone. will wait and see if it comes in 3 days

Returned. Package was horrible. Where is the credit. Retuned three weeks ago

I Purchase this item on the 31st of March because it would be delivered on the 3rd of April I need it for the 5th of April tracking the item says “shipped” up until the day of delivery I was told late in the afternoon it’s delayed check the courier and they haven’t even picked up the package, seller is trying to tell me they are trying to recall the delivery when it wasn’t even picked up.
I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro in the desert color (gold) that was supposed to be in excellent condition but received a black iPhone that was damaged, it had a big scratch across the screen.

*** BEWARE *** Purchased an excellent condition phone and received it with dings all around it and the corners beat up that you can clearly see from a few feet away! Totally not as described, battery is at the extreme low end of 84%. Look around for another seller instead of these guys!
