Ordered a Renewed - Excellent phone and received one with large dents visible from several feet away, a screen with an extremely noticeable light spot, and battery health in the 70%s. At most the phone's condition was good but met none of Amazon's standards at this price tier. Seller offered minimal compensation for their error. I refused and seller facilitated the return quickly. Be honest pls.
It is unacceptable that WirelessSource sent a damaged iPhone. The battery never charged, and the connector worked erratically.
Seller (Wireless Source) was negligent by shipping a high-value item without requiring a signature. FedEx left it in a common area and it vanished. Amazon denies refund despite proof. Violation of Colorado C.R.S. § 4-2-503. I am reporting this to the Attorney General. Zero accountability and poor security. Avoid this seller at all costs!
I purchased a IPhone 15 pro max from these people and it never came. They’re damn thieves. Beware when doing business with these thieves.
The watch I ordered got returned, why? Now I’m gonna have to repeat the whole process or what? Nobody came by, there was no indication that anyone attempted to deliver
WARNING: This seller is running a refund scam. I returned my phone, it was delivered over two weeks ago, and I still have not received my refund. Communication has been vague and unhelpful. After checking reviews on other platforms, I found many others reporting the same experience, returns received but refunds never issued. They also purposely sell defective electronics.

The buyer had this device for months before returning. When the return was received, it was damaged and not in the same condition as sent with green lines going across the screen. In accordance with Amazon guidelines, a deduction was applied for the excessive damage. The buyer never reached out until WE notified them of the issue and deduction. They proceeded to spam us then leave this review.
Ordered a phone through this seller recently and the screen was slightly cracked when it was deemed “excellent condition”, so that was disappointing but dealt with it. Needed another phone so gave the seller another chance- and over 3 weeks later still haven’t received it. Unable to reach seller after numerous attempts. Would never recommend this seller to anyone.
