Company suggest an additional warranty that you have to pay for and when the device malfunctioned less than 24 hours after receiving it- not only did they not honor the warranty OR give me a full refund/replacement, but they charged me a restocking fee and put the defective device back in their inventory to sell to somebody else!!
FedEx confirmation email says package was delivered and signed by me, but no package was delivered at all. Investigation is underway

Beware! Seller tried to keep my full refund by charging a 100% restocking fee ($119.19) for an item returned in perfect condition. They refused to pay until I contacted Amazon leadership and filed an A-to-z Guarantee claim. Fraudulent behavior—they only refunded because Amazon forced them. Avoid this seller to save your money and time.
I never received the package, they are no help on helping get a return or refund it’s been over 10 days now
Ordered a mini and the seller said they shipped it, checking eith FedEx it hadn't even been given over.
