Do not buy from this seller. They did not even ship the phone. USPS shows that only shipment information was received. I contacted the seller, but they told me the shipment was delayed and there's nothing they can do.

Paid an extra 50$ for overnight shipping which was delayed and now I'm getting tossed around about a refund .. still haven't received the item been 48hrs
Paid extra $40 for 1/23/26 delivery. 2 days later I still haven’t received it. 😑
The seller confirmed receiving both returned devices, but refunded only part of the amount and withheld $130. They claimed an IMEI mismatch, even though I returned the exact devices I received and no IMEI information was provided at shipment. Additionally, both devices did not meet Amazon Renewed – Excellent standards (low battery health and visible screen damage). Disappointing experience.
didnt receive my item and they did not refund it so sad that was my gift to my husband and for myself 😔😔😔 hope they will make an action for this matter..
