Poor communication from seller and package was not sent to FedEx as described. Failed to resolve issues after sending messages. Package was set to be delivered yesterday and failed.

My order has been delayed for the second time. It was purchased to be a birthday gift that will bot be here in time. I am very disappointed, and wish I had purchased somewhere else

I believe the item was listed as renewed in the excellent category and it was almost below Acceptable. Every corner has large amounts of wear and discoloration. The charging port is surrounded with scratches. They also put an ill fitting screen protector on it to cover up the massive amount of scratches on the screen.

One of the phones edges is chipped off there’s cracked and damages around it.

The condition I requested was Excellent Body: No cosmetic damage visible from 12" away Screen: No scratches,Battery life:Greater than 80% The cellphone I received scratches and visible from 12” away, battery life health was 76% and the top speaker did not work only the bottom speaker. Overall condition not good defective iPhone 12 The cellphone was shipped back within 45 min of its delivery to me

This was not delivered on time. I am not at the address where it was or was not delivered. Very unhappy with this one. I will be at the address April 12 to see if the order is there or not. I tried to cancel order when they said it would be late but couldn’t find a contact for anyone . I happy

Item did not arrive on time .I was charged 34.00 $ for shipping and handling and now receiving it 3 to 4 days later . that’s not good business at all.
