The item was listed as Excellent condition, but it arrived with noticeable scratches on the screen and a battery health of only 75%, which was not disclosed in the listing. I was offered a 10% discount, but even with that adjustment, the price I paid is still higher than what Amazon typically charges for Acceptable condition items.
Wrong item and when I asked for an exchange they cancelled my exchange.
Why is my phone not delivered?
Item was a Christmas gift to daughter. She couldn’t get cover to fit. Took it to Apple Store for help. Found out IPad did not qualify for AppleCare. Apple advised unit is too old. Returned IPad to Amazon. Did not know Amazon wouldn’t issue refund. Refund of $22 for a $300 unit is unfair.Please refund amount of purchase.
Ordered a BLACK iPhone for a gift. Not enough that FedEx couldn’t deliver it in time, but when I did get it, it was RED! Now I have a wrong colored gift and no time to fix it… Clearly not a very responsible seller, wound NOT do buy from them again
I ordered the phantom black. They sent white. They said 2 day shipping. It took 5 all in all not a happy customer when spending a couple hundred on a refurbished phone. Do better
