We are West Shore Home! We enter your house like a herd of wild boars and do nothing for 1 hour. Then we will destroy your floors, deny it and get rude and run away like a herd of buffalos. Your house is in our bad hands. PS: The more often we have to come, the worse our quality, performance and work becomes.
I think they charge way to much money
Once the salesman had contacts signed, no amount of phone calls, voicemails or text messages can elicit a response from him. He sold us on "one day installation". It took every bit of 2 days. The shower head rod coming from the wall is loose and not attached properly and cannot be tightened. They put a hole in our dry wall that now has to be replaced. Tub replacement was OK. Looks fine. Installers messed up the faucet which leaked. Took a week for a plumber to return for a job that we were told would take 10 minutes. Took 90 minutes. Installers put up the incorrect shower curtain rod as well. Biggest complaint it that West Shore sold us a shower replacement that they could not do. Original measurements were made incorrectly. Ordered service. Had to wait 4 weeks for door replacement to be done. Day came for the one day replacement. Door went in. Storm door was wrong size. Was told it would be 2 weeks until storm door could be installed. 4 weeks later after 3 calls, storm door was finished. The billing was already sent to the loan department even though door was not finished. I received no discount due to breech if contract and extended time it took to finish the job. I will never use this scam company again. I will not recommend them either.
