The phone came looking great and I transferred all my data over just fine and then I actually go on the Home Screen and something pops up saying my camera isn’t connected and it’s telling me to go to settings. I go to settings and it says a part of the camera is unknown and is not a genuine Apple part.

Do not buy they sent me a phone that won’t hold charge it’s running under 80% and won’t stay on longer than a hour max used for medical purposes and seller refuses to exchange so not buy from them purchased instead from Best Buy in case of defects u can return fast and no issues

I ordered in excellent condition but it had scratches and damage I was expecting an excellent phone without no damage whatsoever

I received a faulty item and when I returned it within 7 days after receiving the watch, I wasn’t given a refund or a reason.

We have reached out to you multiple times regarding the need to remove the iCloud account so that we could proceed with your return/refund. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response, so we are unsure if our messages were missed. We provided clear instructions for remotely removing the account to move forward with resolving this issue.

I never received the watch band that was supposed to be in the box with the watch, nor did I receive the band they were supposed to send when I contacted them about the original missing band. The refurbished watch does not charge fully no matter what charger I put it on or for how long.
