I returned my item and it says you received it February 12,2026. When can I expect my refund PLEASE
Bought two iPhone 14 Pro Max’s. BOTH arrived broken. One gave me an overheating error- 5 minutes after being plugged in to charger and the other’s touchscreen was not responsive. Shipped the phones back and then had to file an A to Z claim just to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle. Do not buy from them unless you want to receive broken items and wait 4 weeks to get your money back.
If the package does show up it will be late and I will have to send it back. I will be out of town on the expected arrival date ensure when you have a date of arrival it arrives that date or maybe an update hey we didn’t send it out yet no longer my problem
Se compra un IPhone 16 pro el dia 2 de febrero y la fecha de entrega era 4 de febrero, hoy es 14 de febrero y continuo esperando el producto, la única información que dice, es que no tengo fecha de entrega, lo cual me parece irresponsable, solicito una respuesta lo mas pronto posible por parte del vendedor.
I ordered a fully refurbished Verizon phone. It even says so on the shipping label on the box. I received a phone that was already activated to T-Mobile. It even started downloading another person's email when I turned it on! Also how can this be refurbished if it's not even factory reset? This is a real hassle to get a phone and same day having to repackage, ship back, and buy another.
The product arrived late, it would not take a charge and did not work, and cost $8.10 to return which was not covered.
Received watch with wrong colored band. Contacted seller twice about this issue. Seller twice said the would send the correct watch band separately. NEVER received the correct band. Buyer beware!
Package did not come within time given
If you need to replace a defective phone in a hurry, as I was attempting to do, this is not your best choice. Ordered on Feb 8th, getting close to noon on Feb 13th and still no phone. Said it wasn't delivered to my home yesterday because my business was closed.
