Still waiting for my package even though I paid $35 for next day shipping
Shipping was late and not an unlocked phone, sent me a Verizon locked phone.
The seller sent me a phone with 78% battery health, a broken charging port, and OLED burn-in on the screen. Over multiple days, I have tried contacting them in messages, working with Amazon support, and more to get a replacement or partial refund but they refuse to replace the device and only offered a $13 partial refund. The seller is slow to respond, rude and unhelpful, do not buy from them!

I did not get the phone and I am upset that I have not received a refund. This is unacceptable.
I purchased a used “Excellent” condition iPhone 13, but the battery health was only 70%, which was very misleading. After I returned the phone, the seller waited several days and then claimed they received an empty box. Very frustrating experience.
Awful seller no contact was promised in two days never got package. Had to get my money back

They installed a non-original screen on this phone, and the fingerprint scanner doesn't work—that thing is practically useless and the phone is all scratched up—how can they sell junk like this?!!!
