The phone is not in the condition that was described. Paint clips on the sides and when the phone is on vibrate the makes a broken sound like it’s loose inside. I’m keeping the phone because it was a long process to set up and it’s in a phone case. I turned off all vibrations in the settings. It is not like new!!

Delivered 3 days late. Fed x showed it needed to be signed for but was left without signing. Had noticeable blemish/scratch (?) on screen.

The phone arrived totally smashed because of poor packaging and there is not even up to date that I have received it . I picked it up for fedex and found it in pieces . I would like to return it .

Was listed as excellent condition but arrived with scratches on glass and damage on around of the base

We were completely unaware of this issue, as you have not previously reached out to us or provided any images. We would also like to suggest removing the screen protector from your device to check whether the scratches are on the protector itself rather than the actual screen.
Received two red Joy-Cons instead of one red and one blue as listed. Joy-Con lanyards were missing. Item described as renewed/excellent condition but arrived heavily worn and roughly used. Seller completely misrepresented the product. Had to initiate a return due to wrong and incomplete items. Would not recommend this seller.
