West Shore Home did an amazing job installing our new shower/tub! Joshua L*** began with an in home consultation in which he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We felt no sales pressure as you find with many other companies. On the day of install, Jordan M and Logan L arrived right on time and immediately went to work knocking out the bulkhead we had asked to have removed. Rober H. and Alex J. did a beautiful job installing my walk in shower. Robert was very helpful in answering my questions and giving suggestions regarding placement of hand rails. They were both professional, arrived on time and cleaned up when the job was done at the end of the day. I would have given 5 stars but it was just installed so I can't comment on long term how it will hold up but got positive comments from others. I do think it is a little pricy but like their commitment to customer satisfaction.
They are very friendly, exceeded my high expectations, and finished quicker than expected.
