The consult done by **** ******** there sales representative was awful and uncomfortable. **** told me I dont have to do business with you 3-4 times. He got out of the chair inside my house and started walking towards me saying I dont have to do business with you. He offered a promotion and told us we either paid him or he was leaving in 15 minutes. I bought the doors but **** ******** was a bully and acted aggressive towards me in my own house. I had a horrible experience with this employee, ***** *****, who may reside in ******,**. This transaction was on August 9, 2024. He was here to give us "a quote" for a fiberglass shower conversion. His quote was approximately $11,500.00 for the shower, and then $13,400 + to remove the tile floor. I wasn't told that I had 3 days to change my mind! The consult was great but the the install has been a nightmare. Received a shower pan with a hole and the installers had to uninstall everything and reinstall the second day. During the uninstall a wall was damaged to the connecting room. A light switch was moved to the other side of the door and the electrician damaged the ceiling during the install. The vanity install was delayed due to lack of experience, tools and equipment. The install of the vanity has taken an additional 4 days after the shower. The repair and drywall... read more

Told the sales the details of the job we wanted to have done. Job was done and everything said and find out it is not draining right. The job was done, but the shower did not drain right after everything was said and done. This was told to the sales *** but never related to the install crew, nor was I told about them not being able to do the part of connecting the pipes to ones that work. We were not happy with West Shore Home's process of getting an estimate. We requested a quote on windows for a modular home. We had a price in mind and expressed it to the sales lady. She stated they could come no where near that price. We told her we did not want to waste her time. She was very pushy and insisted she go ahead and measure. We said OK. I had ordered two doors one for front door and side garage door. They installed the doors on a Saturday but didnt have the permit completed. They were the highest bid but I went with them thinking they had an outstanding product and service reputation. The front door locked in position and they had to come out to repair the lock about week later. Had a rep come out and look at my front door to give me a quote. Told the quote would be good for a year. 1 1/2 hours later I've signed a contract, got financing and bought a 6k door. Didn't realize that I had 72 hours (3 days) to cancel. Got buyer's remorse 5 days later and called to cancel. Told that a manager had to ask questions to get a cancellation. When the manager called back, I was told that there was a 35% cancellation fee. The guy kept asking what to do to make it better, to which my reply was cancel the contract.... read more

I contacted them twice in the last 2 years the first time they never even contacted me that they had refused to give me a contract. this time they gave me a contract and then refused to honor it saying they couldn't get the creditors to lend me the money but they never had enough Gump to let me know that I didn't get the contract .the contract stated 6 to 10 weeks after 10 I called them to see when they were going to start my shower. I purchased 2 shower makeovers and the showers are beautiful. However, the caulking around the bottom has mildew and looks nasty. You cant wash it off. I guess its in the caulking. I have tried 7+ times to contact them to come back out and recaulk this but I get the run around every time. I have talked to the service department and was told one person has to set up the date for them to come out but, they are never available to take my call.
