El teléfono llegó con problemas no funciona correctamente , su bocina no se escucha en la llamada a no ser que uses altavoces , no es primer caso que me pasa así , siempre dice renovado como nuevo y cuando no es una cosa es otra la cosa es que siempre llega con problemas

Phone stopped working after a week (display issue). Seller told me they would refund, but when they got the phone they changed it to 50% refund. Do not do business with this company. My daughter bought this phone with her own money. I expected a better product and a better seller.

We had informed you once the return was delivered, we would inspect the merchandise and issue any applicable refunds since this was not sent in this condition. It is also stated in the return request message that a deduction may be applied if an item is returned damaged.

Not an EXCELLENT refurbished product, it has a lot of scratches and dents, not worth the price.

Ordered a pixel watch 3 and received a pixel watch 2

Very disappointed to receive this broken phone and I paid for renewed excellent. phone so it can be my traveling phone since I was going to travel for a few months , as I received I saw plenty of scratches it was definitely a beaten up phone pretty shocked that this is a renewed excellent device and the screen was broken it came green couldn’t return it because I was outside US , I hate Amazon

Wrong item was sent, not in condition described, could not receive item ordered at original price. Waste of time.
