Ordered a pixel 6 and was shipped a cheaper lower spec pixel 6a.
Returned iPhone from this seller right after receiving it. The battery life on this phone is 68% and drains quickly. The description of renewed excellent condition on Amazon for an iPhone states that the remaining battery life should be 80% or better. The battery life on this phone is nowhere near that. The physical condition of the phone was satisfactory.
6 contacts via e-mail to vendor "WirelessSource" Resulted in no satisfaction for defective iphone battery. Also 4 Amazon customer relation been full of Amazon promises & done nothing to resolve to me for the defective product that the vender sent. The ad on Amazon "Guaranteed" 80 to 90% battery life but the product shows only 60 to 70% and the vendor refused to send a replacement phone.
Item should of been new like it said when I ordered them
Fed Ex claimed they could not deliver the package on time “because the business was closed””. This is false because rge address is for a residential compound with a gate and a security guard from 6 à.m. To 10 p’m. No attempt was made to deliver the package when Fed Ex made this false claim. We have security cameras to prove this.
This seller is a total scam. They sent me a defective product and refused to give me my full refund back. I’ve been jumping through hoops with customer service and this seller to get this straightened out. Do not buy from them!
Unacceptable costumer service and incredibly lacking quality control
Beat up and scratched up not “refurbished” one single bit
Beware of this seller. Sent iphone that did not turn ON. Returned promptly but has to escalate to Amazon for refund. Seller unfairly charges restocking fee for dead on arrival item as mentioned by other reviewers.
