Ordered renewed iphone, description Apple iPhone SE 3rd Gen, 128GB, Midnight - Verizon (Renewed Premium). Phone received was “64GB” not 128 GB. No offer to correct order by sending phone as described and ordered. Return of wrongly provided phone approved. I guess I’m starting over and will find another business to reorder the phone that was not provided.

Shipper claims it never received the item from seller, seller claims it was sent. 10 days and tracking information has not changed from delayed awaiting item.
I enclosed all the reasons on my earlier report, however, it appeared used, the band was NOT appropriate for wearing , looked scratched on the back. Would not but again.
