Phone was described as in perfect condition. The camera had a big black mark across it. Lense is clean. It’s an internal issue.
The order is very duty and the batterie aint work
I have spent thousands of dollars on Amazon over several years and have never had an issue like this. I did not receive my package. The seller said they were taking care of it, so I didn't file a police report during the open window. They took weeks to respond, and eventually said they couldn't help me. I lost hundreds of dollars on an iPad I never received. I advise against using this seller.
Screen is scratched really bad and it was bought in excellent condition. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND
The seller, being irresponsible, promised a 10% discount because of a large and deep scratch on the iPhone 16 Pro Max display. In the end, he said: “Sorry for the inconvenience, but I can only offer 5% off.
Have NOT received item and was told the order could be canceled and refund issued if not received by February 8th. Return label issued but not necessary since I never received the item. Please issue refund.
Item arrived on time, however delayed a day because FedEx required a delivery. Item was damaged within packaging (chip at bottom of screen and crack in the bottom right quarter of screen. Submitted return, no carrier label was provided so they expect you to pay to return a damaged item.
Totally ripped off brought this tablet and it wouldn’t even start up then when I returned they hit me with the tablet is locked and they will charge a fee which was most of the refund I only got back $7 out of like 116 do not shop with this seller it’s a scam
The seller is suspicious of trying to sell products that are inaccurate to their description and blaming the buyer on the returning issues. They have refused to issue my refund for their returned iPhone in the original box.
