Ordered Fitbit Sense 2 Lunar White. Received Sense 1 with blue/grey band instead. Device is also completely non-functional. Seller’s solution? A generous 5% discount to keep the wrong, broken item. Apparently “correct order fulfillment” is optional now. Unacceptable and misleading.

Ordered “excellent condition” refurbished iphone12. Looked great when I received it. I got all set up and using when battery seemed to drain fast. I did a battery check and it showed max battery life of 74%. I tried to get them to replace but wouldn’t. I returned phone. On the phone I ordered to replace this one also seems to have small issue.

Was told I would get it next day and now it’s going to be a week.
The touchscreen would intermittently stop working and although the description said it was in excellent condition. The item had visible dents and scratches that was viewable within 12 inches.

Brought renewed Apple Watch. It arrived with only 74% battery health, and the battery dies very quickly. The Amazon Renewed program states that battery health must be above 80%. Contacted the seller, the seller cannot offer a replacement, so I suspect all their inventories are the same.
