It is four days after I ordered and was told I would have my order the very next day. Says that it shipped, but it did not ship because I’ve already contacted FedEx and they have not received my order yet I have tried contacting the seller. they are not responding. I have asked for a refund at this point so we will see if they at least can follow through with that.

Do not buy from them. They will give you worse battery health than promised (75 percent), meaning you have to buy an $80 battery replacement as a result. Have the audacity to only partial refund you less than half that for their “mistake”, then to top it all off, as if doing all that isn’t enough, they don’t even give you that pitiful 10 percent partial refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
This seller is the worst I ever had in Amazon since I joined the Amazon over decades ago the order date was 2/23/26, the delivery date displayed was 2/24/26, it did not, instead on 1/25/26 it changed the date to 2/29/2026 , immediately contacted seller and Amazon and requested to cancel the delivery, the seller refused, the item is still not delivered as 2/8/26, no refund is issued by the seller
