Terrible experience. The item arrived late, after I was no longer at the hotel, and this seller then caused weeks of stress, wasted hours, and constant frustration. I spent far too much time dealing with messages, support chats, calls, and return issues because they did not resolve the problem properly. Amazon ultimately had to step in and fix it. I would never buy from this seller again.

The screen was scratched, the back camera was broken. When I returned it, I only noted the broken camera, as I assumed they knew about the scratches on the screen. I only got a partial refund and they were not receptive to my complaints at all. Despite my report of scratches being present on receipt, they wouldn't issue a full refund.

Your company has shipped me TWO incorrect items, because someone is putting a black Fitbit Sense 2 into a box and labeling it Lunar white. I refuse to work with your company ever again. I'll find another source for a refurbished Fitbit.

The seller created a packing label to falsify a “shipped” status to prevent refund requests, and has not dropped off the package at a facility for nearly two weeks. Read the seller’s reviews. They are notorious for being fraudulent.

Do NOT buy from this seller!! I bought my item April 20th and have not received it. The customer service people or horrible and give you vague answers for any question you have. My package still says in the FedEx website that only the label has been created. FedEx is saying they don’t have it and customer service is saying it’s been sent out. So no one knows where it is. This is practically a scam

Didn't get the package, order just got cancelled

The iPhone I received was not in the condition described. I received a phone that needed $89 worth of repairs. I contacted the seller and they said they were “sorry for the inconvenience and the frustration this may have caused” but no solution was offered. They say their phones are in “Excellent” condition but noticed others reviews and people seem to have the same experience with WirelessSource.
