Both phones showed up and both phones were not as the quality stated they were. Scratches on both and the camera lens on one had what appeared to be a chip on the edge, company is not responsive to emails unless Amazon sends for you. And shopping back was a nightmare because of the lithium batteries. Would not use this seller for anything. They did refund quickly after complaining, not shipping!

All devices are inspected before shipment, and no such issues were noted, and no damage was found upon return. Return shipping requirements for lithium batteries are set by Amazon/carriers and are outside our control. Your refund was processed promptly.
Seller has made it a difficult daily chore to try to acquire the item.

This order was shipped on time to the invoiced address. For security reasons, a signature was required for this delivery; however, no one has been available to receive or sign for the item. You may request local pickup directly through the FedEx site. If you are unable to receive the package, FedEx will return it to us and we will then issue a refund.
We did not receive the watch when scheduled to be delivered. I purchased a different one due to timing. I never opened or used it.
My package has not arrived. Per tracking information, i should have received it on April24, 2024. It’s still sitting in theFedEx office in McComb, MS. I want a refund.
I’ll never buy anything from yall again . A waste of my hard earned money . Paid same day delivery and 600$ for a phone that’s still not here and never letting time. Never again

stay away from this seller this seller swindled me out of $274.00 and i'm still trying to get my money back.

The buyer purchased an unlocked device, which was shipped to the invoiced address in Florida. They later stated it was exported and is incompatible in their country, indicating use of a freight forwarder which is against Amazon policy. We offered a prepaid label and partial refund, which the buyer declined. The issue was unpredictable and not due to any of our fulfillment.
