I paid $40 for next day delivery because it was needed urgently but the phone will not arrive for at least 3 more days after the initial delivery date.
I ordered the WiFi+ cellular iPad, when I received the iPad it was wifi only. Messaged seller who was unable to identify how error occurred, denied sending purchased item and only offered a return/ refund.
Why do I pay for prime and 2 day shipping? When the order was placed, it said “arrives Saturday 2/7/26” Now it says “arrives by 2/11/26” I need a phone for my job. Now I get an unpaid leave.
i ordered this phone with two day delivery.... its been a week and i have not received it yet....
Delivery date change from Feb 7 to Feb 12th. USPS informed mail shows "waiting for sender to send package". Package from Winnetka to Los Angeles shouldn't take that long.
I have not been able to reach the seller when I have messages multiple times to come to a resolution

the item has still not be received. Fed-Ex have been identifed as the carrier. Written comments about this supplier highlight many delays in delivery. It has been 7 days since the order was placed. How many days do I to wait in order to cancel. I want my refund so I can reorder with a different suppier, do I wait 7 days from the date of the order or 7 days from the supposed delivery date? answer
