Item is not excellent in condition it has many scratches along the back and sides of the phone. It’s disappointing when I was charged for excellent condition.
Received deeply scratched and chipped screen when condition is supposed to be excellent without any screen scratches. False advertising.
Package said it would be delivered, never showed up. I tried to track it, FedEx said seller canceled. Tried to contact. Seller said oops page not available. Very nerve-racking. Feel like it’s a scam. Cannot check updates. I want my money back Or an expedited shipping of the same phone. ASAP.
I received my obsidian pixel watch 3 with a pink watch band and the wrong charger. We'll see if it works on Monday when I receive the Eiduoiry "Amazon's choice" charger with four poles and Qi technology. I ordered an obsidian silicone band, also.
The package was delivered to the wrong address entrance and asked them if they had my package and they said no
Bought an iPad, next day delivery it says, I am being told now that it is delayed and it "might" be delivered by the 11th. I feel this seller is creating a trap, making you think it will come next day, then it gets delayed, and doesnt show up. I cant cancel the order since it is in transit. If you want it delivered in a timely manner, dont buy from here.
Seller is a fraud and a scam. Sent faulty phone. Made changing claims of why they needed to charge restocking fee of $130 and could provide evidence of none of them. Screenshot all communications for evidence when you report them for credit card and mail fraud. Shouldn't be allowed on amazon.
The phone was not at the battery life they advertised. They promised me a partial refund and never issued it. Ignoring my messages. Will never shop with them again.
