8days later still no phone and no refund

We apologize for the delay. The delivery is scheduled for today. Unfortunately, there was a carrier-related delay, so we reprinted and sent a replacement, as the original shipment has not shown any movement on tracking.

Returned phone still waiting on refund

Item came days late with damage that was not supposed to be present for a "Premium" marked item per Amazon's policy for refurbished items. Came with the wrong charger, no iphone box, and damage on every surface of the phone. They then tried to lie about the damage of the phone when they received it, but luckily for me I shipped it in the exact box they sent to me, and took pictures and video!

In this case, the device was received with a cracked screen that had not been previously reported, which resulted resulted in display issues. Microphone for speakerphone was broken, but didn't know until getting transfer of info/setup which involved time and trouble. Choice: start over by buying a NEW phone, transfer sim/info again, or get it repaired. Today I got it repaired. $65, but time saving. The repair tech said it was clean outside but had never been opened for any refurbishment.

I received the product in plain packaging with bubble wrap. The item would not charge/hold a charge from the start. I returned the product in the same condition I received it, but the seller is now claiming it won’t power on/has no IMEI label and has charged a restocking fee that is nearly the full cost of the item. As a result, I did not receive a refund -do not recommend buying from this seller
