Horrible experience. Signature required with no delivery timing made it difficult. Rescheduling delayed everything. Pickup at FedEx was a mess due to scanner issues. Phone arrived scratched and dinged despite “Renewed Premium.” Seller didn’t respond, delaying return. Now waiting another 48 hours for approval. Unacceptable.

This is the second watch ordered. FedEx dropped the ball and they tell me i have to go thru Amazon for it to get fixed but Amazon and sellers have no provided any solutions. So I’m outa money and a watch.

Just a note to the seller. I ordered this iPad for a friend and a case to go with it. FedEx delivered the case early Wednesday morning, on the 21st. They did NOT deliver the iPad but they claimed they did. I called Amazon and they’re supposed to be looking for it. I called them the same day FedEx said they delivered it and I’m waiting to hear back from
