This Item was returned in condition received with the damage noted and pictures sent was harged a restocking fee does not follow their own return policy was retorned with in the time frame allowed by Amazon will never buy from them agai can not afford to lose money on thing that were not my fault
It is now the 6th and haven’t seen it nor have I seen any updates.
I haven’t received my product yet and shipping information hasn’t up dated in days
My package was supposed to arrive yesterday. The reason why I give this seller a negative review thus far is because for 3 days the package has had a status of “shipping info received” but the package has yet to arrive to a Fed Ex Facility three days later. I contacted seller 2 days ago when I realized it had yet to be at Fed Ex and they have not responded or contacted me.
They say “Condition excellent “ And juts a 83% of battery health y scratch on the screen and no happy with this
Did not receive my package
I will never order from this seller again. I did not receive my order and the seller refuses to either provide me a refund or reship the item. The tracking number that was provided to me is reused tracking number which means that it could either have gone to the wrong address or the seller didn’t send anything at all

The phone has been in the St Joseph, Missouri since 1/30, I need my phone. Please advise
