By their own conditions this item is not excellent. I asked for a partial refund to which they offered 5%. I would not recommend buying from this seller because when I have to return this "excellent phone" they will just sell it to someone else.
iPad arrived broken! It is clear this seller does not inspect their items or care about the customer once they have your money. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. Stay away!

After returning the item due to not being in “excellent condition” as listed, the seller messaged me and stated they charged a “restock fee” bc the watch wasn’t returned in the same condition it was shipped. The watch, nor charger, were never taken out of the box, so the fact this seller tried to blame that the watch “wouldn’t power on” on me is unacceptable. Thank you Amazon for making it right!

I asked for a size 7.5. what you sent is about an 8. It is not a 7.5 because we measured her finger and 7.5 fit perfectly. This one is so big is slips off her finger. Is there an insurance policy I can get for this?

this item was poorly made. I received my watch, and within three days the face of the watch broke off, did not crack but completely ejected from the frame when reaching out to the sellers instead of trying to fix the problem, they insisted that I did not receive their watch in that manner, which is true but if you are refurbishing items, they should be able to withstand every day wear.

I received a watch with a broken band that won’t turn on instead of the Used-excellent watch that I ordered. Total bait & switch. It really feels like they sold me a watch they never had. I tried to contact the seller. They were very slow to reply & their only response is to simply return it without them even trying to send me the correct watch I originally ordered. Buyers definitely beware!
